Agreement

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Student must be 16 years of age or older to enroll. If the student is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian signature of approval is required.

REFUND POLICY: AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PINECREST will refund your money if within the first 30 days of enrollment you are not completely satisfied with the program. If you cancel within the 30 days of enrollment, you will receive a full refund provided you return all books etc. that you received from AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PINECREST. A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged on all refunds. If you cancel after 30 days of enrollment, a refund will not be awarded.

FEES: Any student account that is 60 days past due will be considered delinquent and incur a $20.00 late fee.

TRANSCRIPTS: Request for transcripts must be made is writing. First request will include 2 transcripts, one sealed copy and one loose copy. There will be a $10.00 fee assessed after first request.

AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PINECREST is accredited by the National Association for the Legal Support of Alternative Schools. Accreditation does not provide automatic acceptance by an institution of credit earned at another institution, nor does it give assurance of acceptance of graduates by employers. Acceptance of credits or graduates is always the prerogative of the receiving institution or employer. For these reasons, besides ascertaining the accredited status of a school or program, students should take additional measures to determine, prior to enrollment, whether their employment goals will be met through enrollment at AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PINECREST. Those measures should include inquiries to prospective employers.
